Content: By using machine to pick materials, it can connect the picking records to the warehousing system.

Benefit: Increase work efficiency while improving data accuracy.

Content: Record keeping for material rack locations and materials issuing.

Benefit: Improve material dispensing efficiency.

  1. Digitization of management reports (PowerBI)

Content: Prepare management target reports for each department.

Benefits: Real time monitoring Sander’s operating status, specific goals and performances would be viewed transparently.
